
30g Protein Recipes
The following recipes are delicious and contain 30g of protein. Below are my go to protein powders.
Omelette
Three eggs (18g) with spinach, 2 Applegate chicken sausage (10g) pattys, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese (7g).
Yogurt Bowl
Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt (20g) with added Musclefeast protein powder (20g) and 1/4 cup raw almonds (5g) and topped with berries.
Protein Smoothie
Protein powder (20g) Oikos ProTriple Zero Greek yogurt(20g) , and 1/2 unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup frozen berries.Â
Overnight Oats
1/3 cup sprouted oats -soak overnight in water (7g). In the morning add 1/2 cup berries and sweetened to taste warm in microwave, 2 hard boiled eggs(12g) , Oikos pro triple zero yogurt (20g).

Use a whole grain toast (like the one linked below)Â 2 slices (10g) with 1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese spread (8g) topped with sliced tomatoes or avocado, seasoned to your liking (everything but the bagel is a good one) and oikos pro triple zero yogurt (20g)
