I’m Cynthia Williams, and I’ve spent over 20 years in the wellness industry helping women feel strong, healthy, and confident in their bodies.
I’m a Menopause 2.0 Certified Practitioner, and I specialize in working with women in perimenopause and postmenopause using realistic, science-backed strategies that actually fit real life.
My coaching style balances practical guidance, accountability, and compassion – because real results come from consistency, not perfection.
