Hello and welcome to the WHR Program! I am very excited you have decided to take this step and become a healthier version of you!
My mission is to educate, inspire, and support women seeking to live a long, healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
I am here to help you during your 8-week WHR journey. Make sure you utilize the telegram chat room for any questions, clarifications or concerns you have. DO NOT STRUGGLE.

All information for the nutritional aspects of this program will be sent via email. You will receive two emails upon sign-up. The first is a welcome email explaining what to expect, tips, and tools that will make these 8 weeks as successful as possible. The second is an email with your customized check-in format. You can find a copy of the check-in and progress report under resources as well.
