Increase water to at least 100oz a day but preferably 120oz
Eat lots of leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables to help support the liver and flush excess hormones by improving digestion. Shoot for 4-5 cups of vegetables a day.
Walk. Walk. Walk. Walk for 30-60 minutes a day. It can be broken up throughout the day
Sleep: get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. If you have hot flashes try adding in 600mg of NAC and 200mg of DIM a day.
