Metabolic Health Session - Week 3

As we begin Week 3, I would love to hear how the challenge is going for you.

1. Were the workouts tough to start, but are you feeling better and more energy as you kept with it?
2. Are you drinking 100oz of water daily? What changes are you seeing from this?
3. Has your sleep quality improved?
4. What about stress and anxiety..have you noticed any differences?

What about your skin, is it dry?

Trouble sleeping?

Irregular cycles?
