Spring break is just around the corner, and whether you’re planning a beach vacation or a relaxing staycation, looking and feeling your best is a priority. 

You know the importance of taking care of yourself both inside and out. This blog post will share practical tips to help you shine this spring break.

Nutritious Eating for a Radiant Glow

A balanced diet is key to achieving a healthy glow from within. Focus on incorporating a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats into your meals.

  • Drink one hundred ounces (100 oz.) of water daily to stay hydrated and maintain radiant skin.
  • Consume antioxidant-rich foods such as berries, spinach, and kale to protect your skin from damage and promote a youthful appearance.
  • Include fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, or sardines to boost skin hydration and reduce inflammation.
  • Opt for lean meats like chicken or turkey or plant-based proteins like beans, lentils, or tofu to support muscle maintenance and skin health.
  • Reduce bloat by aiming for 30g of fiber a day 
  • Reduce alcohol consumption to reduce bloat and improve skin texture. Follow each alcohol drink with 8-10oz of water. 


Sun Protection for Healthy, Ageless Skin


Sun protection is a must, especially during spring break. Take necessary precautions to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and maintain a youthful complexion.

  • Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and reapply every two hours or after swimming or sweating.
  • Wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.
