The term health reset can mean different things to different women.

I have worked with hundreds of women to help them achieve their health goals, but MOST importantly sustain the weight loss with realistic lifestyle changes that improves health, energy, mood, libido and zest for life.
When I first started with Cynthia, I thought I could half ass the nutrition and didn’t need to listen to all the things she was telling me. I thought I could still eat the same foods I was used to eating and somehow see different results. I was wrong. And Cynthia was very clear about it… she told me if I continue doing the same things, I will continue to get the same results. I decided to go all in. The time will pass, why not really give this a try. And I did. And I started seeing good things happen. I actually slept through the night, which I thought was impossible with a snoring husband. I felt GOOD. I had more energy. I was a better mom. Better wife. Happier. And I saw the scale and inches start to go down.
Cynthia helped me learn so much about food, exercise, and most of all self love. I eat more than I ever have, move more, and exercise less. And IT WORKS! Almost 30 pounds down and so STRONG.
This journey has been a long one, full of ups and downs, but I’m so happy I trusted this process and finally living my best life!!

Before I started working with Cynthia I had no energy, poor nutrition and doing little/no exercise. She taught me how to care for myself by eating the right amount of protein, carbs and fat to fuel my body. I had to get out of my head and learn that fitness and weight loss isn’t going to happen in a few weeks with a low carb diet. Now my energy is high, I can keep up with my kids (2 and 4 yr) and I eat well! I like her rule of eating 80% Whole Foods so I can still enjoy fun foods like ice cream. Lifting weights isn’t my favorite but I keep working on my goals to be stronger. It’s a process and I’m so glad Cynthia is my coach!
